Job Summary: Service Technicians respond to breakdown service calls for needed repairs and perform scheduled routine maintenance at various customer locations on both customer-owned and TMHOH-owned forklifts. The primary goal is to trouble shoot, repair, and maintain units at customer’s location when possible. The Service Technician will also identify larger jobs and communicate with the service support staff to determine the next steps that are required to complete the repairs. Job Summary: The Parts Support responsibilities will be to handle shipping and receiving, to place incoming parts shipments into inventory, to pull sold parts from stock for delivery or customer pick-up, and to deliver parts to customers and technicians as needed. The associate in this position will also assist the Parts and Service Departments with general shop and warehouse clean-up and other maintenance duties. Job Summary: The CSR is responsible for the growth of parts, service, and rental sales as well as customer service support for the Territory Account Managers. Job Summary: The Service and Warehouse Support associate will have maintenance responsibilities for the parts and service departments. Duties will include but not be limited to the cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse. The Service and Warehouse Support associate will also assist in loading and unloading of equipment and other products. Additionally, the associate in this role may be asked to assist with overall maintenance of the building. This person may also work with parts in assisting with day to day parts responsibilities
