Job Summary: The Dispatcher is responsible for answering incoming customer calls requesting service or planned maintenance (PM). The Dispatcher will assign service and PM jobs to Service Technicians and maintain a dispatch log of estimated arrival times.  Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills are essential in this position. The Dispatcher must open work orders, communicate frequently with numerous Service Technicians and customers throughout the day, help coordinate parts needed by Service Technicians, and assist in resolving customer-related issues.
 
 
 
Job Summary: The Service and Warehouse Support associate will have maintenance responsibilities for the parts and service departments. Duties will include but not be limited to the cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse.  The Service and Warehouse Support associate will also assist in loading and unloading of equipment and other products.
